老化
石英晶體老化適用于頻率隨時(shí)間的累積變化,這導(dǎo)致晶體單元工作頻率的永久變化。在運(yùn)行的前45天,石英晶振頻率的變化速度最快。老化涉及許多相關(guān)因素,一些最常見的因素是:內(nèi)部污染、過度驅(qū)動(dòng)水平、晶體表面變化、各種熱效應(yīng)、金屬絲疲勞和摩擦磨損。結(jié)合低工作環(huán)境、最小驅(qū)動(dòng)電平和靜態(tài)預(yù)老化的適當(dāng)電路設(shè)計(jì)將大大減少除最嚴(yán)重老化問題以外的所有問題。
