03年,我國爆發(fā)了一場席卷全國的非典疫情,在時(shí)隔十七年之后的如今,我國又爆發(fā)了新型冠狀病毒疫情,場景不可謂不震撼;而03年的疫情之所以能夠控制住,一是因?yàn)闇囟鹊纳?最為主要的還是隔離工作做得非常好,而在今天這樣一場疫情下我們也在效仿這樣的方法,一紙封城令下,湖北全省封閉,全國各地的人民也自覺居家隔離,但是難免會(huì)出門,就比如買藥,買口罩什么的.對(duì)于這種情況,在社區(qū)街道上就出現(xiàn)了使用進(jìn)口SMD晶振的醫(yī)藥配送機(jī)器人,只為減少直接接觸.
晶體器件像石英晶振,晶體振蕩器,貼片晶振對(duì)諸如溫度的環(huán)境變化具有高穩(wěn)定性,因此被用作電子電路中的頻率控制器件。要說寶石中的水晶大家都比較熟悉,是用于制作傳統(tǒng)工藝品,珠寶,甚至神秘的水晶球等。但石英晶體是現(xiàn)代智能生活不可缺少的,在智能產(chǎn)品中扮演著至關(guān)重要的角色。石英晶振,貼片晶振從智能手機(jī),筆記本,數(shù)碼相機(jī),汽車,醫(yī)療設(shè)備到工業(yè)機(jī)械設(shè)備以及無處不在的網(wǎng)絡(luò)都會(huì)用到晶振產(chǎn)品,晶振頻率元件覆蓋各領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用。
石英晶體是具有壓電效應(yīng)的,優(yōu)無氧化硅組成,當(dāng)它們的結(jié)構(gòu)變形時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生電壓。使石英晶體受到機(jī)械應(yīng)力會(huì)在整個(gè)表面產(chǎn)生電荷,這種現(xiàn)象稱為壓電效應(yīng)(如左下圖所示)。這種效果是可逆的; 施加電壓會(huì)使晶體變形(如右下圖所示)。一個(gè)多世紀(jì)以前,法國物理學(xué)家皮埃爾和雅克居里發(fā)現(xiàn)了這種效應(yīng),這種效應(yīng)是由石英晶體組件所利用的。
